Aged more than 3 years, the 2022 flagship vintage of Pinhook Bourbon is made from a mashbill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley. It showcases an inviting nose of baked peaches, orange blossom, clove, and honey. These transition to a harmonious palate of vanilla bean, toasted almond, cinnamon, and butterscotch.
