Approx. 2ctw natural  bright blue square cut sapphires set in platinum, size 6, 3.1 mm wide, not marked but tested platinum.

The sapphires do have a litte surface wear and tiny nicks under magnification, to be expected on this very old band, overall very good condition looks really good on.
