Very deep red colour in the glass.  This is a typical Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon with lots of dark fruit and dried herbs on the nose, reminiscent of dark peppermint chocolate.

The palate is full of lingering fruit and tight tannins which indicates that this wine has a long life ahead.

This wine is drinking well now but cellar well until 2029.
